Uroboros Loops is a series of experimental artistic & design research encounters organised each year to help seed the annual Uroboros festival theme. The Loops encounters vary in format and scope, ranging from a small feral experiment connecting 6 creative practitioners, through a long-term series of AI gatherings, to a public community event with over 500 participants. The 2024 festival theme Nesting across Difference sprouted from the Feral Fields: Practicing with More-than-Human Vartiosaari, the Creative AI Meetups, and the Alter Eco/s: Un/Learning in Climate Dissonance loops.
